  1. It seems like its either chinese or korean calligraphy, either your web browsers encoding is set to that, the system is set to that, or when you went to the site, it was either transferred to the chinese or korean version,  make sure the site starts with a directory of the site (eg answers.yahoo.com for Y! Answers or mail.yahoo.com for Y! Mail) or www, if the site looks something like "in.answers.yahoo.com", for this example, "in" would stand for india, or check the ending to make sure it ends with .com, .net, .org, etc., if you see a site like "somewebsite.co.ca", that is for a different country (in this case "ca" is canada)

Anyway, make sure that everything is set corrently on the system then look to where the website leads

  2. That is Korean text.

In fact, the text you used for your example says "We put a base in Canada, Vancouver, as a real estate investment and the property uses professional company..."

    LOL

I would say that the default language for your browser got changed from English. If you use Internet Explorer, press the Alt key to make the menu display (at the top, where it says File, Edit, View, etc..).

Click on Tools, then Internet Options, then on the button that says Languages.

Make sure where it says "English (United States)" is the only one on the list or either it is at the top of the list.

It's probably best to delete anything besides that, in fact.

    .

  3. Change your encoding - click View > Character Encoding. Those "weird symbols" look like Chinese or Japanese.
