Question:

Weird ankle feeling?

It feels like i always kinda need to twist it or "crack" my right ankle. I've had this feeling for about 3/4 days now, it doesn't hurt and i can walk fine. It's been the holidays, so i've just been at home, no exercise.

Do you know what this could be?

  1. I get this feeling sometimes.  My family calls it a "locked-up" ankle.  What you can try to do to stop the feeling is:  roll it in the biggest circle you can.  Then, stand on your toes and push up, then go back down.  Still on your toes, in the up position, roll your ankle into the biggest circle you can again.  Whenever I have a "locked-up" ankle, I do these "warm-ups" and the feeling leaves.
