Weird bathroom sink smell

Question

I have 2 bathrooms in my house and the smaller bathroom has an odor issue in the sink drain. I can only describe it as old man B.O. I have used bleach, Drano, everything. You name it;I've tried it. The smell won't go away. This smell is not present in any other sink or drain in the house. My bathrooms are very clean. What could be causing this?

The J trap is not staying filled and is allowing sewer gas to come up the sink.
