Weird but serious question.....??

Question

This is a pure scientific question, and is not a product of a sick imagination.

What would happen if you mate a animal with a human?

If the female was pregnant would it be a mixture of both?

Is it even possible?

Has anyone ever tired it?

These questions been bugging me all day. I'm extremly curious. It'd be a new species.

Ermm you have an odd mind, but just to answer your question, i dont think its possible to do that, no1s tried because its just retarded (those who do are just low-life pervs who only get action from animals which is sick!) So nope, not possible and not done!

It is not possible for a human to become pregnant by anything but another human.  Different species cannot mate.  Their DNA does not match.  I am sure that someone somewhere has tried this and failed.

Well, it's interesting to think about, but in all practicality, wouldn't work. For your questions:

-Nothing. The genes are too different, encoded for different species, and the egg would not be fertilized.

-If the actual zygote survived -highly unlikely due to the gene differences- it wouldn't be anywhere near as cool as we have envisioned. Think of the s**y cat people that are rampant in today's pop culture. In a real mix, instead of mainly human, but with cat eye, ears, and a tail, it might have human limbs attached to a cat body, and a short, stubby tail, with a half human half cat face, and maybe one human ear, one cat ear, with patches of fur. Not so pretty.

-Perhaps with artificial insemination, but that brings up a hecka lot of moral problems.

-Well, there are animals that are trained to mate with people, for the scum of the human race that have animal fetishes. There have never been children as a result, though.

Now, through genetic engineering, we're getting to the point of being able to manipulate genes in humans to get better vision, and I'm sure that one day well be smart enough to know how to add in the cat like grace, night vision, etc, but who knows how that will breed into regular humans? Think about it, the entire gene pool poisoned because a few people had manipulation.  God has made nature in such a way that it can work on its own, best not interrupt it. =) Hope this helps!

It's not a sick question: people are curious and you have a right to know. If it weren't for curiosity, we wouldn't know half of the things we know today.

Mating an animal with a human is sick, but you could do it. The female could not be pregnant because they are different species. It's not possible, but I think people have tried it before, because then they wouldn't know the answer. I'm not guarenteeing the last part, though, but it is scientifically impossible for two different species to have a child.

First of all, YUCK!!!!  But the human brain can go to some strange places.  I think for the most part the scientific community is ethical, and would not try something that outrageous.  Some people, however, (think turkey baster) -- I don't know where they would get a willing female -- I don't think you could get drunk enough to think that it would be a good idea.  We don't need any more new species - - the way some "humans" are evolving, we don't need any more accidents.
