Weird cut pleasse helpp!?

i had a red dot on my leg and thought it was a pimple so i popped it adn yellow liquid came out and it develop a round circle cut?does any one no what it could be?>

ingrown hair, or a bug bite, put some antibiotic cream on it

i would go to the doc. it could be staph you never know any more
