Weird dream about food poisoning?

I had a dream yesterday about food poisoning. that someone poisoned a restaurant's tomato soup and everyone thought that i did it, and they got mad at me. What does this mean?

Before you slept were you thinking about food poisoning and such things at all? If so, that can be why. Or maybe you have a fear of food poisoning? Or you ate something bad which caused you to have a bad dream.
