Weird dream couple of days ago... still bothering me!!?

i had this weird dream a couple of days ago... i had a dream about my friend that had a baby recently and her baby daddy is in jail... but the dream was about her and her man being on a beach house and detectives came in the house and found body parts of her baby... it was weird because in the dream i was the detective with another person. and i found her cut up her babys hands off and all other parts. this dream was so disturbing! wat does it mean?? its crazy because i couldnt get in touch with this friend for the whole month!! what is going on?!?
