When i drink sodas, i get headaches sometimes. I can't handle any energy drinks whatsoever. Also when i drink sodas my teeth hurt. Anybody have this happen to them? Or am i a weirdo?

Don't say "don't drink soda". I only do now unless it's with a big meal. Otherwise, it kills me. Thanks

  1. Good for you!  Soda is not good to drink and energy drinks are horrible ( I read that they speed up your heart beat and that cannot be good).  Stick to Gatorade or other flavored waters - you'll be the healthy one in the future.

  2. Most likely the sugar or caffeine is giving you the headache.

If you drink diet pop it is probably the aspartame.  Aspartame is known to cause the same symptoms as MS.

    Check out.

  3. You probably can't handle the sugar in soda, and as for the teeth you might have sensitive teeth and the cold soda might hurt them

  4. Drink a cup of coffee. High doses of caffeine can trigger headaches, but lower doses can help relieve them. If taken in conjunction with a painkiller, caffeine can also speed up the medicine's effect, and as a result some painkillers include caffeine. If you're a heavy caffeine or soda drinker, you may experience headaches as part of caffeine withdrawal.

A jolt of caffeine will usually help, but in the long run, it's best to break your addiction.
