Weird emails 10 points to answer?

a minute ago some guy sent me an email about pretending to be some dead guys relative who left millions behind he said 39 percent is for me 11 is for a charity and 50 is for him i don't know who this crackpot is or how he got my email but i smell trouble does any one know what's going on or what should i do about it

It's a big SCAM!!! He'll probably want you to send him his 50% before you get your 39%. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!

Something similar happened to me too, this princess wanted me to have all her money she left behind (LOL) and i replied, i was pretending i believed it.. Yeah, but it's a scam. You don't have to reply or anything.. just get on with life, they will know that you didn't believe it and they'll just leave you alone. They probably sent it to millions of people but if you are really scared contact the police or something.But I don't really think there's any need for it. (:

Yea, it's a scam... they will ask you all of your information, social security, bank account and everything... and give seemingly legit reasons as to why they need them... andthen next thing you know they steal your identity. Delete it

Sounds like the typical internet scam =\. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Who knows, don't blame me if it's real. xD

go to www.snopes.com it tells ya which chain mails are true or false. just type a couple key words in the box. hope ya find what your looking for!
