Question:

Weird eye sight and feeling slowed down?

I have anxiety and depression. For the past couple of days or so, my vision has been a little strange. Sometimes it appears as if small sections of things that I am looking at are 'quivering', I get twitches, sometimes black spots (big and small, accompanied by some 'pressing' on my eye), strange floating things, a little blurring, etc. I also feel as if i'm reacting to everything a little slow today. I just went out driving and felt terrible.

Are these still symptoms of anxiety, or do you think something else could also be contributing? I wear glasses (my eye sight is pretty bad), and have just started taking rhodiola rosea - if that information would help.

  1. twitches is sometimes caused by B vitamin deficiency. the other are also symptoms of a migraine. Depression can also be caused or exacerbated by vitamin deficiency.
