Weird eye vision (eye doctors may answer this too)?

HELP!!! yesterday, i was reading a book with no lights on. and then, about 4 hours later, things looked blurry!!!

but then the blurriness is gone now.

now...when i want to look or read things, i just cant focus on it!!! my eyes are like dizzy or somethings!! i cant really describe it! but it wont focus!!

what do u think it is?

also...i wear glasses

now my eyes are starting to feel dry (maybe)

and my eyelids just moved by itself.

okay...now i put eye drops.

  1. First of all, never read with the lights off.  I know some people who read tons without lights on and now they all have really poor vision and glasses.  Rest your eyes a lot and if it persists, contact your eye doctor to check for anything serious.

It's probably eye strain.  When you read should be in adequate light and if you plan to read for long periods of time take periodic eye breaks.  Also use lubricating drops to keep the eyes moist and comfortable.  When you read you tend to stare and not blink your eyes enough so the drops will keep them from drying out which will make them hurt.
