I'm not sure if it is from stress or not, but it doesn't feel like a normal pounding headache. You know the feeling in the back of your neck when you strech your legs in front of you and try to touch your toes while sitting down? It kind of feels like that. I have taken a couple advil but, it didn't help at all. Its been like this for three or 4 days now. Anything else I can do? No fever, and my energy is fine.

  1. Have a Whisky

  2. Well the muscles on the back of your neck connect to your skull and hold it on there. Possibly there is an issue with those, but I'm reaching a little. A heating pad on the back of your neck might help. You could also try some sports cream back there. A hot bath in epsom salts. Hot compress. I offered this b/c the aspirins did not help.
