Weird feeling on side of neck?

Hello! I have this weird feeling on the left side of my neck. It's nothing painful just uncomfortable. It really bothers me at night unless i lay on my left side. I don't know if it could be from grinding my teeth, I have a really bad habit of that during the night. Has anyone else had a similar problem? sometimes the feeling can go all the way up to my jaw.

I too have a teeth grinding habit and got TMJ from it as well as suffering migrane.  My dentist gave me an appliance that I wear every night called an NTI.  It fits over your upper front teeth only and it's amazing how well it works. Migranes are gone and my jaw, neck and side of my head no longer hurt.
