Weird pains in the lower part of my knee?

ok so i think i have tendentious but im not sure.

everytime my leg is at rest for a while or im sitting on my knees without stretching them for a while they start to ache.

so when i try to stretch my leg out slowley it hurts so freaking bad as its un stiffning.

like its in the lower part of my knee cap and it hurts so bad

its like it stifins up and then when i try to stretch it it hearts ha like c**p.

so does anyone know what this might mean?

i really dont feal like going to a doctors office!

and like sometimes if feals like it needs to pop if im walking on it wrong

so is this tendonitus

or growing pains because im young and so im still sapposed to be having growing pains

someone help

ha my knees hurt real bad!

  1. Yes, this could be an indication of tendonitis but based on the popping you describe it sounds like you could be dealing with a dislocated knee (an example only).

    I know you say that you don't feel like going to the doctor but the only way to find out for sure what's going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.

    Because of how young you are I would recommend letting your parents know what's going on first even before going to the doctor.
