Weird pains on my side? not usual ones....?

I woke up to use the restroom this morning and my stomach was tight but as i was walking to my bed the left side got REALLY tight and even looked funny,i tried to massage it out but it was like something was pulling from my hip to my belly button. It felt JUST like one of those annoying leg cramps you get at night where you cant move your leg and you want to cry it hurt so bad, It went away after i layed down but i have noticed it a few times before when i changed positions in bed but only when im asleep. WHAT IN THE WORLD COULD THIS BE? (im also 7 months pregnant)

My guess it It's just pregnancy. Weird pains happen. As long as you aren't bleeding, just grind your teeth (or swear if that makes you feel better) and wait it out.
