Weird qwestion hehe.. i need some help?

ok so i told my freinds i was gonna draw a pic to give to her. and it was real important that i did(just cuz)

so i drew it, colored it, and it came out pretty good. so here's the problem.

my whole family loves that pic. (of a cat)

and my dad went as far as pinning it up on his wall. i realllllyyy wanna give it to my friend but how could i take it away from my dad when he absolutely loves it SOO much?!

any advise?

and i dont wanna make a new one..that wouldn't work

your family will make a big deal of anything you make. Just say that you drew that picture for your friend, btu they can have a copy of it if they want. Or tell them that you'll draw them a different picture. You dad should be mature enough to handle that

Tell your dad you are going to make a larger copy of it for him and give he original to your friend. Or, give that one to your friend and explain to your dad you had promised to give it to her before drawing it and tell your father later on you will draw him something even better!

Your dad is an adult and you originally made it and promised it to your friend. It will only show your strong character. You dad will understand.

If you had the talent to draw a great pic ones, you have the talent to do so again!
