Weird random/sounds coming from computer?

At random times i would hear weird sounds, for instance, pac man music, ppl talking, and Congratulations you have won --- from my speakers. Whats happening? I have all the windows closed and nothing running. Though it would still happen? I have a dell computer.

Sounds like you may have Adware, or your computer isn't fully shutting down Internet Explorer, or whatever browser you use when you close out.  Try downloading Adaware and see if that helps.  www.lavasoft.com.  There is a free version.  Download it, update it to the most recent defenitions and run it.  Whatever it finds can more than likely be deleted without causing issues.  If uncertain if something is okay to delete, uncheck it and don't let it remove it.  If the problem persists, run the test again and delete that file out.
