  1. You are not alone! I am out here to attest to it. Whenever I [used to] eat pineapple-or oranges, lemon or lime wedges, the inside of my mouth would be filled with painful ulcer-like sores. It turns out I am highly sensitive to citric acid. Even chewable vitamin C tablets will cause this.

As for peanut butter, this can actually be very dangerous. Whenever I [used to] eat peanut butter, or any nuts, I would break out in a rash of hives, then start to feel very cold with chills, then my throat would swell and my breathing would get shallow and eventually it got to where I had to go to the ER because I was in anaphalactic shock. This is the worse kind of allergic reaction that can actually be fatal. Peanuts are a very common food that people are allergic to. If you have a true allergy to any food, you should always carry an "epi-pen" on you in case you injest any of that food if there happens to be trace amounts of it in something you injest inadvertantly. An epi-pen is a portable syringe shot of ipinepherine which will temporarily prevent you from going into shock from an allergic reaction.

Now for the carrots. Carrots happen to be the only vegetable that is actually better for you when cooked rather than eaten. The reason being that its roughage is so hard for the body to digest in an uncooked state that most of it ends up passing through us unabsorbed by our systems. Your belly could be telling you that it just doesnt want to deal with the extra work of trying to digest this darn carrot. In my case, carrots not only hurt my stomach but they make my skin turn orange from the melatonin. Just avoid all these foods like the plague. I have so many sensitivities you don't even want to know what I am left eating every day.  Good Luck to you and I hope I helped.

  2. consult a physician.

  3. I would be going to my GP and asking for some allergy tests to be done. This test will rule out what you are not allergic to there for letting you know just what you are allergic to. Pineapple would be the acid in the pineapple, peanut butter, possibly the peanuts and carrots to beta carotene in the carrots. Hope this may be of help
