Weird sleepwalking habits...what can I do?

Almost every morning this month I've woken up or been found lying in the bath. I have no memory of how I got there at all. Even when I sleep round friends houses I still manage to wake up laying face down in the bath. I really want to put a stop to it because I end up with really bad backaches and its just the fact that its plain weird. Should I see someone about this?

  1. Just make sure that you always drain the bathtub after using it, and get some psychological help.


  2. You need to relax your mind with yogo or meditation.

  4. You should defiantly be seeing a psychiatrist or a sleep doctor. If this is causing you problems then you should see to it immedietly. I have an idea of how you could stop this though. You should try filling up the bath with freezing cold water so when you get in you wake up! Only make it a couple of centimetres of cold water though, incase you drown!

  5. yeah you should get some help, tell your parents or who ever looks after you.... i never thought it was possible i thought it only happened in movies... get some help before you end up hurting yourself or hurting some one else when you dont mean to
