i have this weird weird taste at the back of my throat and sometimes on my inner tongue, also sometimes in the nasal cavity after running. I breathe through my nose during running. Sometimes it taste/smell like detergent or chemical like. Any idea what causes it... I read from some real life incident where the doctors discover there is cancer growth... Im a non smoker.

  1. it perfectly fine to breathe through your nose. most novices actually breathe through their mouth, its an instict. But the longer you run the better your breathing gets, and eventually you are able to to breath through your nose without needing to open your mouth for more air. that taste in your mouth im not sure what it is, but it happens to me after a long distance race when i've really tired myself out. probably just the the polluted air

  2. Why the h**l do you breathe through your nose? Nobody does that except complete novices. It's like telling a thirsty man to drink through a straw. You have to quit doing that.

  3. ask your doctor
