Weird taste in my mouth? please help?

Question

I have a gross taste in my mouth when I eat or drink. 2 months ago I think it was.. I had a really bad bloody nose and after I had a blood taste in my mouth. I thought it would go away after a few but it was really strong for like 3 days. I still have a weird taste though and I can't really explain it but I think its blood. Yes I brush my teeth and tongue but I haven't been to the dentist in forever (7years). Idk what it is and idk how to get rid of it. Please help!

drink lots of water throughout the day. maybe brush your teeth more, i think your supposed to do it for two minutes.
