Weird text message dream what does it mean?

I had this dream well different dreams i think lol but i only remember 1 and i was trying to go to sleep and thought i was still awake IT WAS SO REAL! and i heard my phone get a text message and it showed a horizontal picture showing i think 4 animal things maybe pokemon lol and then said dont get mad but send this to 10 other people and check your wallpaper its cool sorry cant remember who sent it its weird what does it mean?

The animals juxtaposed with the texts, computer messages, and wallpaper suggest nature verus technology. In your subconsious mind I think you are missing some of the basic human functions of life that occur naturally due to how technological the world has become.

The dream tells me that your mind needs to rejuvenate by going out into nature somehow. I would suggest doing an action oriented natural experience such as biking, walking around a pond, fishing,kayaking, or even swimming. Then toning it down to maybe just noticing nature when you are out during the day or a five minute walk. Maybe catch some lightening bugs while they are out! Sounds silly but nostalgic nature events need to occur for you!
