Question:

Weird thing, not sure if it's paranormal or not?

I was searching my room and I found this piece of paper (I printed out, it was guitar tabs) with a quote I said earlier in the month. I was really upset with my life and I said: One bullet to my head to stop the tears that never seem to end.

Well, on the paper was the quote.

"One bullet to my head" she cried "to stop the tears that never seem to end"

It was my handwriting, but I never wrote that down. I'm 110% sure I never did.

Is this paranormal or maybe I'm just loosing it?

  1. You are losing it.  Get help.

  2. maybe you wrote it down and forgot about it... sounds like you were upset at the time (just judging by the quote....) I wouldn't nessecarily call it anything paranormal..

  3. Yes its definitely paranormal and its telling you to put your hurt feelings into music, maybe into a song; pretty cool.

  4. It's possible in your emotional state at the time that maybe you don't remember writing it down as you read it. Which is understandable. I keep a journal and sometimes a year or however long later I may read it just for kicks and my recollections are way different than what I read in my own journals. But anything is possible.

  5. ive had things like that happen.  one time i drew a leaf on my wrist, kind of like a tattoo, but i washed it off before i went to bed. im absolutly one hundred percent certain i did.  but when i woke up, there was a picture of the leaf identical to the one i drew on my  wrist, except now it was directly above my heart.  there was no way it had gotten there during the day, as my shirt coverd that spot, and i washed  the ink off my wrist before i went to bed.  but there the leaf was, above my heart, as clear as if i had drawn it there.  it freaked me and my friends out because they knew i had washed it off my wrist, and none of us could figure out how it would have gotten on my chest, even if i hadnt washed it off my wrist.

i cant chalk it up to stress or depression, because i always draw leaves when i am happiest, or calm.  they are soothing to me.  so idk what it was.

i do know i have spells where i kind of black out and dont remember much.  sometimes good comes from it and my room ends up getting really clean by the end of the day, but other times i come too and two days later i find stuff and wonder "where the h**l did that crazy thought come from?"  so it could either be paranormal or it could be a kind of black out a little cause you were depressed.   what you could do to figure it out is clear your mind and try to remember when you would have maybe written that.  do you have any flashbacks at all of your hand hitting the paper and writeing those words?  if you do, odds are it was just a little black out type of thing.  but if you honestly can NOT recall it, at all, then it may be a slightly paranormal experience.  like my leaf thing, i can NOT recall how that would have gotten there.  i would not have been able to draw it above my heart at the angle it was at, and i can NOT remember drawing it or doing anything to put it there

  6. It could be paranormal, but the odds are against it. If you were focusing on how to get the thought on paper properly, you could have just written differently than you thought it. I've done that plenty of times.

  7. Hmm' it seems that a paranormal force has entered your room and into your body, and you sub conscious let all of this happen and your truly a h**l demon sent to destroy us all---oh and your playing a trick on yourself because you have multiple personalty disorder but you don't know it---neither do your parents, in fact every1 you know believes its just a mood swing you have.

or you jus gots bad memory!

  8. Not to point out the obvious, but you had to have written it down. Have you considered that you might be suffering from something like multiple personality disorder?

Do you have periods of time that are blacked out?

Anyway, thats a guess, based on not enough information to connect all the dots.

What you should be asking yourself is this, how could you have written that quote and remembered, but not remember writing it down.

The answer could be simple or complex. You might need help from family members or a psychologist to get the answer.

You probably should consult someone about your depression anyway.

  9. If your under a lot of stress now you may have just been writing stuff down while talking on the phone or something, kind of like doodling.  You probably didn't realize you were doing it at the time.  So that would explain it, unless your sleep walking and writing too.  It sounds a little dark though,  don't dwell on the dark stuff to much or it will start to eat at you after a while.

  10. When a person is depressed their memory is often very poor.  I believe that to be the best explanation since the evidence (it was in your handwriting) suggest that you wrote it.

Either way you seem to have dealt with some issues in your life and survived to ask this question and in the end your strength and success in doing that is what matters most not if the note was from any kind of paranormal source or yourself.

  11. I LOVE your ♫♪♫ !! I JUST learned how to do that!!! Somebody on here helped me learn how to! I'm a musical note person too. This is what came into my head (ie...what I thought of) (JUST A GUESS) I looked at your profile. You don't seem suicidal. You seem to have a lot going for you! Good for you!! I'd LOVE to be able to play the guitar. I got a ukulele  one time..but could never learn to play it. I come from a musical family. Guess I'm just the girl in the audience.! lol When you try to write songs..sometimes you get a spirit called a Muse. It could have been the Muse trying to help you write a song about how you were feeling. That's what lyrics are and where they come from...feelings. Doesn't mean you follow thru with these feelings or let them control you. Writing songs is a way to express them..share them..work through them..solve the problem..get release/relief. You might have been in deep meditation and didn't realize you were writing this. Or, it could have been a Muse using you to write these words.Maybe it's the first words of a book or a short story. (I'm just letting my mind wander and wonder and come up with possible answers.) I know the feeling..I wrote a poem in rhyme..almost asleep..with my pen in hand hanging off the bed with paper on the floor. In the morning I couldn't believe what I had written. And it was pretty good! Be grateful for your talents! A lot of us have all these songs in us that we can't put into lyrics and songs and then play and sing them...like you do and can! You're blessed!!

EDIT...Be careful not to get "possessed". I think there's a difference in possession and a Muse helping you . I'm not sure what it is. Just don't "allow" it. Besides, if you're possessed ..it won't be YOUR  song..it will be theirs. I'm not sure where to draw the line.Example. I wanted to learn to sew.The person trying to teach me  was impatient with me and said, "Here..let me do it myself." It's better to write a bad song that's your own.. than a good one that someone else made up by  using you . ..and your talents.

EDIT..Peter D....the difference is...the "she cried" part that was written on the guitar thingy!

  12. It seems a little coincidental that you mentally formed a phrase and then later that same phrase appears in your hand writing on something you printed out.  Don't you think it's far more likely you are responsible for it than some paranormal source?
