Weirdest arms ever???

There's this one guy in my school who is tallish and very skinny and he's 13. He looks strong and it looks like he's VERY muscular and strong, but one day I squeezed his left arms and it was VERY VERY soft, and it didn't feel muscular AT ALL, and when he shakes his arms and flicks his wrist, his arms jiggle. Also, when he flexes, his arms look HUMONGOUS, and he showed me his arms when he flexed and he told me to touch it and it was very soft. Why are his arms like this?

  1. it sounds like its just fat rather than muscle...

  2. it's not entirely muscle, there's fat there too! It wouldn't be jiggly and soft if it was muscle.

  3. is this guy a swimmer? swimmers often can look super muscular, (like Michael Phelps) but when they shake or move they're really jiggly. you see this when they're loosening their muscles before they swim at the olympics. this is because while they have a lot of muscles, they have a layer of fat over all the muscles, which their body creates because of the water.

  4. It sounds like maybe a lot of fatty deposits built up in just the right place to make his arms look strong.
