Welcome gift for exchange student?

I have an exchange student from Spain coming to stay with us soon for 3 weeks, and need ideas for a welcome gift. She's 15

What a nice gesture on your part.  Hmmm, let's see:

A handy pocket translation guide (simple, easy to use).

A "teen package," complete with all the things 15 year olds like and do in your country.  Or maybe even a cool little collage of teen life as you know it - it'll be something she'll treasure for a long time.

A little flag representing both their country and yours.  Tie them together with something creative or place them inside a small vase with a couple of flowers that are hearty enough to last a week or so.

A new pillow case or T shirt that can be written on or signed for them to take back home with them.  

So many possibilities...
