Welfare in Mexico?

Does anyone know if they have Welfare programs in Mexico?

Possibility that with acess to a computer and through making computer graphics and Community Currency such can be avoided. Even were there such programs.

Not very good programs...they do have some cash assistance programs

There is subsidized medical program...but its not very effective nor accessible.

There's a lot of poverty in Mexico.  I also heard a couple of years ago it was hard to afford a tortilla...I find it sad the economic situation in Mexico.

Unfortunately, there's a large amount of corruption there.  And a lot of crime- especially drug related ones.  Its a mess.  I don't know when things will get better.

I sure hope they do.  Hope my answers help somewhat :).
