  1. Your old fashion bug spray should take care of them. You can even use ammonia if you like that will clean your carpet, and kill those suckers ASAP! Best of luck!

  2. Don't you hate it when that happens!!!LOL

Obviously get rid of the octopus.......then I would spray the maggots with bug killer.  Go to your local do it yourself carwash and vacuum like mad to get rid of those buggers and then you have the pleasant smell of rotting octopus to put up with.  White vinegar will kill the smell, but then you have vinegar smell to put up with.....so try dumping Natures Miracle (bought at any pet store or large department store) onto the area.  We spilled milk on our cars carpeting and had a horrible sour milk smell.  I dumped 1/2 a bottle of this stuff on the spot and really soaked it and the smell was gone.  A cars carpet and floorboards can take a soaking of water and not be damaged, so don't worry about that.

  3. how in the heck did a dead octopus get in your truck?????

  4. Uh YUK!  Raid makes a Maggot killer go to the hardware store.  You will need to take a soap and water solution to it to kill the remaining larve.

    Yuk
