Well, there is this spider in my window..?

Question

Its light brown with 2 black stripes down its bottom end.

There is an odd shaped web there never seen one before.

The bottom is layered flat then above that is like cob-web type stuff. Iv been searching for hours about this kind of spider but cant find it.. it had like 4 eyes i can see.. in the center of its head.

its a little hairy and is snacking on a odd looking fly.. i cant snap a picture because its back in the corner of my window and im not getting near it.. is it a new species? If so can i name it :o
