  1. Well obviously BC has the best shot at winning, but watch out for Winnipeg, they have the best rushing attack in the league with Charles Roberts, plus they are solid at QB with Kevin Glenn who could have another break out year like in 05. Not only do they also have a lot of good recievers, Milt Stegal, Chris Brazzell, and Andrae Thurnman, but they also have a nice defense. Barrin Simpson is easily the best LB in the CFL, and they have two great DBs- Robert Bean and Ike Charlton. They also have a great D-Line, Canada and Walls are both looking for double digit sacks this year, and don't be suprised to see it happen again.

So overall, the Blue Bombers have a great shot at winning the Grey Cup. The Lions easily have a better chance, but watch out for Winnipeg this year.

  2. I really think we should all look out for the Bombers in the East and the Stamps in the West. If Ke vin Glenn can stay healthy and if the defense can be as good as last year, I really think they will pass Montreal, Toronto and obviously the Kitty-Cats. And for the Stamps, if all their receivers stay healthy I also think they can upset BC and make it to the Grey Cup.

  3. SASKATCHEWAN ROUGHRIDERS no doubt

  4. I think a Prairie showdown in Toronto

    Winnipeg vs. Saskatchewan

  5. B.C LIONS

    F WAT U HERD

  6. The Ti-Cats. Yes, they may be young but with new coaching in Charlie Taaffe, Mike Working, et al, they just may surprise a lot of teams this year.

Just hope the team can gel early.

    Oskee Wee Wee

  7. Your 13 time Grey Cup Champions Edmonton Eskimos

  8. It will come down to BC, Wpg, and Toronto.  Winnipeg might surprise a few people this year with their tuned up defense.  Saskatchewan will start slow and continue through the season as their defense will be a sore point on their team.  Mtl will struggle with a new offence, Hamilton will be average.  Calgary will be decent.  Edmonton will beat out sask for the last playoff position in the West.

Winnipeg will win grey Cup over BC

    Wpg  42  BC 38

  9. u gotta go with the stamps

  10. The BC Lions are in great shape to keep rolling.

  11. The Stamps are going to put up another fight this year ... count on it.

  12. by far my boys in the hammer the tiger-cats

we have so many NFLers this year

  13. Rough Riders Will show up B.C and bring the only cup that matters back to where it belongs party on regina

  14. BOMBERS, BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  15. the esks (even though they sucked in their in thier first pre-season game), and also maybe the tiger-cats

  16. Other than the Lions, there's about 7 other teams that have a shot at it.

  17. There are a lot more question marks, it seems, than usual this year.

Beyond the Leos, I would tend to have to look at either the Argos to actually play host at the game this year and/or the Stampeders.

The Argos seem to have solidified as an organization the past five years and the team itself has reflected that.  They have been, relatively, solid since Pinball took over as coach.

The Stamps looked strong last season.  I figure they are the best bet, if any, to take out the Lions in the West.  I think solid coaching there is the big difference...which is also why I think the Eskies have hit the skids as of late (and why Montreal will be an interesting watch this year).

  18. After two preseason games, the riders are 2-0. Yes, it's only preseason, but they seemed to be composed and were taking nothing games seriously. A good sign. I would LOVE to see my newly adopted team go all the way.
