Question:

Well I've started running....?

I've started running, and i want to improve my fitness greatly in the next 3 months, what should i start off doing to gradually build up my stamina and speed, and whatever else you need to become a good runner?

btw my other goal is to lose weight, approx 12 kg.

any tips are greatly appreciated ;-)

  1. go on shorter runs at a slow pace to start of with then gradually build up to longer runs at  a faster pace. I hope this helps!


  2. After each jog do a session of sit ups.

    Eat healthy meals, eat regulary. (no little snacks here and there)

    Try to replace sweets by fruit.

    When you feel like having a snack, just drink water/ water with lemon.

    :)

    Of course have some chocolate, it's good and it makes you happy, but don't over exaggerate. Don't eat sweets before going to sleep.

    Have fun, do yoga, meditate, tell yourself that h**l yes you can lose weight and you will. <3
