  1. just because he was cleared it doesnt mean hes innocent it just means he had a good lawyer that got him off in my eyes he was guilty and justice hasnt been done . i for one will never bet on a horse he is riding ever again

  2. The HRA and Betfair should pay for this one.. I think now even more so than ever before is a good time to back fallons mounts, hes gotta lot of catching up to do.. He was always one jockey who you could see tearing the hole off his rides..

  3. I like that even though there was supposed to be a scam, the scammers lost THOUSANDS!! Haha.

  4. I agree with David G, no smoke without fire, i will not put my money on any of his future mounts.

  5. Yeah agreed.

  6. I know for a fact that he jumped of that horse coz there was money on it.....

  7. Sounds like there was no real case to answer.....a so called expert witness was no expert at all....someone should pay his costs....well done.

  8. Just because they have been acquitted does not mean they are innocent and they should remember that when the "innocents" go on the offensive to sue, there is a new ball game. I should advise them to remember what happened to Oscar Wilde. The case might not have been securely tied but what is he doing with unregistered mobile phones and associating with people who have been disbarred in matters obviously related to racing.

So why does everybody think racing is corrupt yet they rejoice at this result? Who are the villains then and, if you point to bookmakers, how can they operate without inside assistance? You can't have villainy without the agents of it.

  9. once again my friend you are living in cloud cookoo land if you believe fallon innocent.he is very lucky but by no means a saint.

  10. Justice has not be done as no one was found not guilty.

I agree the case was a farce but that is due to the City of London police not getting in an appropriate expert witness and obviously not learning betting and racing terms correctly.

Fallon is a talented horseman, probably the best of his generation, but he is a rogue.  Don't forget about the time he pulled another jockey down from a horse after a race.
