I don't have any medical knowledge but it sounds like you had quite a procedure done.  I guess it may matter how long ago it was done and how permanent it was.

You probably need to go private for the procedure, your age and egg supply will also play a factor.

Having children at your age may be unhealthy.

but go back to the place where you got that done.

they should be able to clip them and stitch them up again.
