Well i got skegged today! i don't see any bruise or anything where it hit.?

but when i move my arm in a certain direction it hurts lik,e heck!!! or if i touch, i wonder what i did?

Yeah, dont move it around to much, if its really hurt and you just cant feel it yet, moving it around will make it worse. Take some extra strength Excedrin as well.

Might be a deep tissue bruise.  Ice it well and try to keep from using it too much.
