Well i just started taking vitex and i want to get pregnant and i have started my period july 25th?

well i will begin with i had my last period on june 27th right?but i just started taking vitex on tuesday and my period came yesterday july 25th so how long until i get pregnant because i reall y want a child and i have been trying for three years and my friends and colleagues say that vitex will really help can someone give me some advice im very confused?

I would hope that since you've been trying for 3 years, you've at least looked into getting help from a specialist like a reproductive endocrinologist!  You also need to have s*x around the time of ovulation, so if you have a 28 day cycle, then you should probably have s*x starting August 3, 5, 7, and 9.  If you are still going the natural route, I have heard that things like Vitex, Maca and Licorice root will help you ovulate and increase your fertility.  I don't have personal experience with it yet, but I am starting to look down that path.  Please email me to share your success story if you do conceive and what you did differently.  Thanks and baby dust to you!!!
