I'm not sure why you need 90 hours if you already have an AA in ECE, but it must be something your state requires?

As Laura mentioned, you can do volunteer time at a daycare or preschool to collect the 90 hours.  In my state, you can count any volunteer work you've done with children.  This includes babysitting, church work (Bible School, Sunday School), Scouts, 4-H groups, etc.  You need to have someone verify the number of hours you spent in volunteer work and that verification has to be included in your staff file when you get hired at a child care facility.
