but when i ask her she says no she doesnt but we were lik calling each other on the phone so i dont know wat to i need help some advice

Don't be come the friends.  Let her know your intentions are to have relationship.  Get away from being on the phone all the time and take her out to a movie or park or somewhere that you too will be alone.  try to hold her hand, if she takes it then her actions spoke loader then words.  Go from there.
