Well i think i need glasses, do i?

well i have problems reading small print and i takes a while to focus going from short to long distance and the other way around. i want glasses like my friends they are: black, square and on the sides they have stripes. can i get them nd should i get them?

You do not have to see an ophthalmologist. They are eye surgeons and deal primarily with eye disease. See an optometrist and get a prescription for glasses. Then buy glasses that look good on you. Just because your friends glasses are cute on her doesn't mean they will look good on you. So go try some on and see what looks best on you.

Sounds like you might be far sided. Definitely see an eye doctor if your having trouble focusing on things up close.

First of all, don't copy your friend, she'll be pissed. If you like the "style" of glasses, you can always get frames without a prescription if it turns out you don't need glasses. Sure is cheaper that way!
