It depends on where you go. The hookah costs $10-$30 for one. If you are more than 3 people you are going to need more than one hookah. Then theres the food and drinks. It all depends on how many people you are and how much you eat. I dont know of any hookah bars in west hollywood but there are some around L.A. (glendale, burbank, tujunga) that i know of.
