  1. CAn you sleep in afternoon, for 2 hours, then you can do all, or take a little nap

  2. You've already said you stay up late at night watching television and know this is the reason you're tired.  So, go to bed earlier so you can wake up on time.  Your only other option would be to make appointments for later in the day so you can sleep in later.  Either way, something has to give.

  3. I had gone through all of your Q & A & I think you seriously need to adjust your biological clock. Try formulating a time table, like when you want to wake up & when you should go to sleep. Try to get at least 6 hours of sleep at night, & ask your husband & family to help you out. You can ask any of your friends, whom u like most to give you a wake up call, or slowly shift your wake up timing a bit earlier. How about making it 20 minutes earlier every day & make a firm determination to follow it. Also switch off idiot box at 11 pm & if you don't get asleep after it, utilize the time to converse with your husband, have a quality communication & pamper him and get pampered.

  4. Poor thing, gotta wake up for 11 am... tsk.

  5. It appears that your not getting your rest, although your sleeping, it still does not mean that your getting a restful sleep.  I think you need to consult a doctor, once you start getting restful sleep, you will wake with lots on energy and be ready to tackle whatever chores you have lined up for the day.  Good luck.

  6. Can u have a tv in your bedroom and so you can watch tv with him and fall asleep in his arms and then he never know that you cant handle staying up  till 11pm to watch tv and try to get everyting done in your day too.

also the reason why you dont want to do things is because there not intresting to you. why would you want to clean up your lounge room when you can just relax.. i find that i have little mission for myself like looking for stuff i have losted years ago so i sit down make a list and things i needed like storage boxes and cute like declutter shelves for the garage and then get the stuff i need pretent im on an adventure for a week... yeh you may thing im nuts but it gets stuff done around the place and once it is you don't have to do it the next day and then u can sleep!!!! without gulit.

  7. Sounds like you need some vitamins, and will power to do what is necessary.  Just think, if you leave it go for too long, it is going to turn into a huge mess to take care of.  It is easier to do something everyday, to keep it from piling up.  When I was at home, I had certain rooms of the house assigned to everyday, except my kitchen which was everyday.  That way I knew exactly what I had to tackle when I woke up.  I never turned the tv on until I was well into my work, and I only allowed myself a 15-20 minute break in between.  that way, I was finished early and had the rest of the day for my family or myself.  You could even allow yourself a day off.  I certainly did.  I took the weekend unless i had a weekday appointment for hair or nails and such.  Then I would allow myself half of the day that day, and half of Saturday.

You could even make it a four day work week.  whatever works for you. It does help if you make a list for the little extras that you need to cover.

  8. Do your cleaning then go get a facial, and after your facial go home and take a nap.

  9. Look. . . . .if you don't like your ROUTINE. . . . .CHANGE IT !!!!  Kyrist !!!!  Is thinking for yourself REALLY THAT TOUGH ???????!!!!!!!
