Well my bunny bites and i want to why? some tells me its becouse a boy. is that why? please teel me!?

he bites my family but me. sometimes me bue he bite no matter what some times. why?

  1. i wouldnt believe its because its a boy on the other hand female insects do bite and males dont depending what insect it is, but rabbits arnt insects. It's probably the same about how most other animals bite. Some dogs do and some dogs don't. Maybe your bunny is hungry? but i think its strange for a bunny to bite as ive never seen this b4


  2. I had a "boy" bunny for 13 years, and he never bit anyone!! he was the sweetest thing..but once I bunny-sat my best friend's rabbit, he was just evil!! he bit anyone that came near him, we had to cover him with a box before we put food in his cage!

    i think it really just depends on the rabbit's natural disposition...but if you adopted the rabbit after it was past it's "baby" stage, it may have been abused by a previous owner.  good luck trying to tame him!

  3. Maybe, it is hormonal and he is ready for a little bunny action He is probably mad he does not have another bunny to make baby bunnies with. It is one of their favorite things to do-maybe he needs to be fixed and he will settle down.
