Well my question is dat how can i stop being hungry all the time?

sumtimes i cn jus have a small packet of biscuit in the morning n i wont feel hungry till late at nite, bt now, OMG i feel hungry all the time, i'm becomin fatter n fatter...

  1. pms? hormones? cravings, just occupy your self with other things, adn drink water cause i know it sounds weird but some times you can confuse beinh hungry with being thristy.


  2. You hungry all the time maybe because your not heaving a healthy breakfast. that is the most important meal of the day also had 1 banana evey morning to keep you active all through the day.

    you should always have you BF between 7am to 9am.

    and then 9am to 11am dont eat or drink anything. 11am to 1pm only water. 1pm to 3pm Lunch. 3pm to 5pm tea, coffeer or fruit juice.

    have your dinner between 7pm to 9pm. just try this routine you will be fit and fine.

    You need to eat things with plenty of protein, which gives you a slow release of sugars throughout the day and stays in your stomach longer, thus making you less hungry whilst sustaining your energy levels.

    Bananas are good, Meat is also good but a healthy breakfast to start the day is the most important thing you can do.

  7. Eat normally - fruit & veg + a balanced diet + water. You sound bored...  

  8. Simple.  When you are hungry eat.  Then you won't feel hungry all the time.  When I say eat I don't mean have a full meal each time you feel a hunger pain.  But by having a sensible snack and eating small healthy meals not only will you lose weight you wont have hunger pains.
