The whole family wanted and autopsy, but her husband refused and would not move her to houston like we wanted. Is there anything we can do to get an autopsy without his permission.? We just want to know what she died of. .

  1. death certificates are public records.

  2. Someone should have already requested one. Not knowing her age or medical history I can't say, but if she was young and healthy and just died for no apparent reason then you would think that the police would require one.

  3. her family (parents) can request the autopsy but if she has already been buried they will have to file for the body to be exhumed.

  4. Get a court order to have this ck out from family not husband something fishy here? Is she buried or has he had her creamited?
