i am a 20 year old guy and i have started to have feeling for one of my closest female friends.
Now i honestly speaking care for her and i have never before had a gf. The other problem i face is that since we are good friends she will say no.
She is a type of girl who is u can say a bit bitchy towards guys. She was a bit like that to me but now is very friendly with me. When i am around her guard is down but with other guys she can a bit of a *****.
She is a lovely person though. Anyway is there any way to make her take the risk. If she says no i wil still be a very good friend of her. I am atm a good friend of her and all her flat mates!
I told one of her flat mates who is a close friend of mine that i like this girl. She did not seem shocked. She said that since we are such close friends that it is bound to happen. She said that this girl has never seen/thought of me in that way. Is this a good or bad thing? Could these feelings change if she knows that I like her?
She has told me to take the risk though.
Btw i have known her for 2 years and in the last 1 year we have been out together alone several times. She has a few times called me to have lunch with her in a local restaurant. Does this mean that she is comfortable around me (since i am good friends with all her flatmates) or do you think that she possibly likes me? As far as i know she does not do this with any other guy atleast not as often as me. I have not been out alone with any of her flatmates as much as her. I think I am her closest guy friend. When we have been alone we have talked about our childhood and she has told me her biggest family secret.
One day when she was a bit drunk, she held my hand and asked me to look at the sky since it was full of stars lol.
She has told me that i am a confident, popular, sweet, caring, thoughtfull guy and also very deep. Now i know that it is a good thing about what about the 'deep' part lol.
I during a msn chat let it drop to her that i like someone. She grilled me for a long time and asked her friends who know me to join. She after 2 days of trying gave up and was a bit annoyed with me. I later asked her to meet me after her exams were over and she said that she was busy, which she was. She also said 'I better not be the girl u are asking out. lol!!' What did she mean by that. when i make a tiny fool of myself laugh a bit tooo much lol. So much so that other start laughing at her. She most of them starts to cry because she finds it funny. Anyway what do u understand from this.
After she knew that i liked someone, she wanted to know my plans. I told her that i was hanging around with a girl and after asking me who this girl was she signed off from msn. After a few days i went out with her and her friends to a club. A girl who i sort fo know ran upto me and hugged me and we exchanged numbers. I do not really like her, but she asked me to call her up to catch up. Anyway after she left the girl who i like said ' Do not call her. She is not worth you time'' in a angry tone :s Now was she looking out for me or does she like mebtw i am good friends with all the girls she lives with. Will that make it easier for me not to lose her as a friend?
She also for my 21st bithday wants to apply make up on me and paly with my hair. Now is this a good or a bad thing lol?
