  1. milkshakes lots..

  2. Try Celestial Seasonings 'Morning Thunder' - it's like tea but is made with the mate' herb.  Just as strong as coffee, but much better for you - virtually no acid.  Good with milk, creamer, or a little sugar.

If you want something cold and opt for soda, I try to stick to the sodium-free varieties.

  3. you can drink soda or eat candy it always keeps me going

  4. Tea is healthier than coffee.  Apples make a good snack and help to keep you alert.

  5. a punch in the face every 15 minutes.

  6. adderall.

  7. Try tea. It works

  8. 30 jump n' jacks....idk

  12. Green Tea, they have various flavors to choose from and its healthier...Or there is now a caffinated hot chocolate ..I think its Swiss Miss brand.

  18. I am in H.S. and I would always get really tired toward the end of the day.  So, I tried this gum called Jolt energy.  It does have a bit of an off taste, but it really did keep me awake without having to drink up all these extra calories.  I suggest Wintergreen as it has less of an off taste. But, it gets the job done.  I found it at Walmart so you can probably find it anywhere.

  19. Listen to Foreigner's 'Juke Box Hero' full volume!

  20. Energy Drinks!

You can get sugar free ones...

and some of my favourites are full throttle, which makes me a bit too jumpy, Tab, RockStar, Redbull, and Monster.

They'll keep you up all night. Or day.

They help me get through work :D

  21. Lipton tea. I love it. Keeps me alert and happy. Give it a shot but don't drown it in sugar. It might take you a while to get used to the taste because it's an acquired test. It is a great source of antioxidants as well.

  22. Try Chai tea. This will get you going. Steaming Joe of Big Canoe are great. They use David Rio brand. Maybe  a local shop in your area will have a great chai.. Ask if they carry David Rio.

  23. Tea is very good for you but everyone already said that.  If you can, getting up and taking short walks every so often will keep you awake.  In my department, we weren't allowed to because I guess my supervisor was going for the "prison" atmosphere.  Or stepping outside for some fresh air for just a few minutes.  Again, not something we were allowed to do in "prison".  Don't know what your work environment is like, but can you put on a radio very, very low?  If it is cubicles, I understand, probably not (the movie, "Office Space" comes to mind, if you've ever seen it).  Gum works well for me except that I have TMJ and after awhile, my jaw starts hurting real bad and I get a headache.  I know people have already mentioned it.  Lastly, this surely isn't healthy but I drink AMP at last resort.  It tastes pretty close to Mountain Dew and I can't imagine how bad it is for me but if I absolutely can't concentrate, I go for AMP energy.  I know you said healthy but had to throw it in there as a last resort.
