Leggings or jeans with boots might be nice. Like in the picture you provided! I totally say you try it out! It's cute!!

Other than that, you can try a tomboy-ish look and wear it with semi-baggy jeans and skater shoes.

You could sell them on Ebay, or put an add in the newspaper.

You could try altering them yourself to make them look better, put a belt overtop or something?

Wear it with leggings, cute tigh jeans and a belt, a jacket over it, and over sized bag, as a dress, anything be creative and set your own style- you ask a q. early about wearing it with leggings and i really think you should go for it!!
