Wellington Hospital in London so many benefits and high salary. Just wanted to know if it is from HR dept.?

Wellington Hospital London, offer high salary,great benefits. But you have to contact their authorized immigration lawyer for visa and pay for your visa through Western Union the amount which you can reimburse to the employer. Just want to know if it is legal from the HR department.

No...anybody who is offering you a job who asks for money to be sent through Western Union is scamming you, if you send any money you will never hear from them again unless they say you have to send even more money.  The only way you can get a visa/work permit to come to the UK (England, Scotland, Wales) is through a government department.  Also, if you are not a citizen of the EEA (European Economic Area) you will not be able to get a work permit unless you have a load of money to invest here, or have a skill which is in high demand and the position cannot be filled by someone from the EEA.

Sorry but it does sound as though you are being scammed.
