what are the negative and positive ways people have affected wellington's coastal environment?

Well I just moved to Wellington and I'm studying geography at Vic.

I can only briefly give you some hints because I've only lived here a month.

The land where the airport is between Wellington city and Miramar is reclaimed land which means that Miramar use to be an island and humans have put this land here so that it can be accessed.

Wellington harbour is natural and lies along a fault line.
