In late May, early June, Wells Fargo in Canada repossessed my car. I have tried to contact them since then and no one returns my call. What do I do? I dont want to be paying storage every month plus interest. HELP!

  1. Your car was sold within days of being repossessed.  It probably fetched less than you owed, so you will hear from them when they sue you for any difference, which they almost certainly will.

  2. They have mostly likely long since sold your car at auction. If there was a deficit, they will either send that amount to collections, or charge it off.

Banks are not in the business to store cars. You won't have to worry about any storage fees.

  3. A lender isn't going to store a repossessed car. They want their money, which is why they repossessed the car in the first place. Your car has long since been sold.
