Welton Arthur expected to win Owlerton Bookmakers Stayers - Dup
The E. Parker trained black dog, Welton Arthur, is keen to perpetuate his success streak and add another classic conquest to his career chart by winning the Owlerton Bookmakers Stayers – Dup at Sheffield racecourse on Tuesday night, August 7.
The high-profile Open Race over 660 meters will commence at 19:58 (GMT). For the prize money worth £200, the three-year-old veteran hound will compete confidently against five strong rivals after breaking from the blue box.
The dashing dog has achieved many glaring marks since the dawn of the calendar year. After bagging a couple of consecutive triumphs during April, he moved on to accomplish a fabulous hat-trick of victories in the month of May.
The talented son of Head Bound out of Galtee Minnie stepped forward to win three T4 races in a row during July---each of the triumphs came with the reasonable margin.
In his last OR contest, the skilled sprinter nicely finished as the runner-up. The best thing about the hound is that he has performed equally well in different formats of the sport. He has run most of the races of his career with favourite tags.
If Welton Arthur manages to keep his current winning drive intact, he will definitely have up to 95 percent chances to thrive.
However, the experienced hound will have to be wary of Total Respect who is on the verge of a hat-trick at the moment. The J. Scott trained black b***h elegantly won Owlerton Bookmakers Super Stayers and Stadium Bookmakers Stayers Trophy in a row on July
24 and 30 respectively.
Prior to this, the brilliant b***h finished first in HP 650m Flat at Kinsley on July 7. Debuting on November 28, 2011, the talented daughter of Droopys Scolari out of Hayling Lass nicely won each of her first four races.
Thus, Total Respect is totally ready to make a big impact in tonight’s marathon. She can prove to be a big threat for Welton Arthur.
In this situation, a neck-to-neck clash is expected tonight. The winner will be the one who demonstrates an extra-ordinary performance. Good luck to all the six hounds.
