usually they have a huge variety from different places in the world.  At least the Palladium does.  They also have about 7 different bars on the resort.

It depends on your resort. Luxury resorts will usually have a wide variety of imported and domestic drinks included.

With not so upscale places, you'll most likely get only domestic liquor, or the not too expensive imported drinks. For beer, rum, and tequila this shouldn't be a problem. If you only drink black label johnny walker, or chivas18 you might be dissapointed.

Best advice would be to call the resort and ask.

It does depend on the resort of course but typically it's only one beer on tap.

As for back bar stuff, higher end resorts generally offer more choices but even then they tend not to be the best. For example, the back bar scotch might be Johnny Walker red, not spectacular by any means but in Mexico it would be a premium.

It's nothing to worry about, I've rarely encountered anyone who minds the quality of the booze at an all inclusive. The beers are all generally a light  lager, (which is perfect if you ask me when it's smoking hot out). And for the hard stuff, it all tastes good when it's mixed in a pina colada, strawberry margarita, etc.

Words to live by: "The only thing better than free booze is lots of it."
